Buffalo, NY hardcore outfit Bad Blood have dropped their second single, 716 Bust / Bad Blood, that is taken from their debut EP, The Bad Kind Decides, that is set for release this Friday on Flatspot Records. Made up of vocalist Scott Vogel (Terror / Buried Alive), guitarists Eric Ellman (They Live / Violent Way) and Mason Hutchins (Violent Way), bassist Greg Vinal (Exhibition) and drummer Nick Terlecky (Violent Way), the band have created a fast, in your face sound with lyrics that deal with the negativities of reality.
Taking influence from ’80s hardcore bands like Warzone and Brotherhood, the band name itself is a nod to the first 7 inch by Buffalo’s legendary hardcore band, Zero Tolerance. The Bad Kind Decides was recorded live with producer Jay Zubricky at GCR Studios and mastered by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air Studios. Having already played a handful of shows, the band will perform in Brooklyn, NY on April 7th at the Flatspot World pre-show alongside Outburst, Violent Way, Kharma and more, and have a show in hometown Buffalo, NY the next night with Chokehold and more.
