Bruce Springsteen To Appear On New Dropkick Murphys Album

Rolling Stone is reporting that Bruce Springsteen will be making a guest appearance on the upcoming album from Boston’s Dropkick Murphys. The album is called Going Out In Style and is their first album in four years;  it’ll be released on March 1st.

Springsteen lends his vocals to the rendition of Peg o’f My Heart, a song dating back to 1913. After reworking the time signature, they decided that it sounded like something thath the E Street Band would do and asked Springsteen to appear on it.

The album was recorded last September with produced Ted Hutt.
