Fast Blood Demand “Sexual Healing” On New Single & Video

Newcastle, UK indie-punks Fast Blood have announced that their long awaited debut full length, Sunny Blunts, will be released on the 3rd May and is now available for pre-order via Scene Report Records, the album will be available on limited edition pink & white galaxy vinyl as well as through digital platforms. Recorded and mixed by Chris McManus at Newcastle’s Blank Studios and mastered by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air Studios, Sunny Blunts is an absolutely colossal sounding slice of modern punk.

Hefty and soulful, complex but hook-laden, abrasive and thoughtful, the album is by far the band’s most ambitious achievement to date, a richly diverse collection of songs, all distinctive, commanding, and impactful in their own way. As a taster of the record, Fast Blood have today revealed lead single and video Sexual Healing. On this sledgehammer single, front-woman Abigail Barlow belts out a soaring vocal, dripping with frustration, as she “demands unashamedly to be fucked” in an empowered and unapologetic outburst of female sexuality and lust.
