Golden Robot Records Release Live Recording Of Johnny Thunders “Born To Lose”
Johnny Thunders is a true punk rock legend. He shot to stardom as a founding member of the iconic New York Dolls and with his own band Johnny Thunders & the Heartbreakers. Thunders sadly lost his life in 1991 at the age of 38, but his legacy as one of the Godfathers of the US punk scene lives on to this day. Golden Robot Records have now issued a live version of the classic track Born To Lose.
Born to Lose is a staple punk song for the first generation of rebellious angst driven teens to connect too. The song is a slacker jam, with nihilistic lyrics on being a human being with low self worth. Always was and always will be a legendary punk anthem for all generations to come.
