Healthy Junkies will drop their new album, Listen To The Mad, on Friday 22nd November via Banana Castle Records. Ahead of the release the band have shared their new single & video, Dead Souls, that brings together the key elements of New Wave, Garage, Punk Rock, Grunge, Psychedelic Rock and Goth. Healthy Junkies will also be playing an album launch party at London’s The Dublin Castle on Wednesday 20th November.

Originally formed in 2010 when glamorous yet rebellious lead punkster Nina Courson moved from Paris to London and met guitarist Phil Honey-Jones. The pair created and explored new ideas together, seeking support in the world of music, and named the band Healthy Junkies as a marker and reference to the mental health epidemic that was then, and is still now, spreading throughout the world.

“We recorded all of the songs with Jonathon Jacobs at Audiohaus studios in London. As always with Healthy Junkies we were compelled to make music for the sake of our own sanity. We have been inspired by what we see and hear around us. We never aim to preach but do touch on issues that are affecting many of us.”
