Liverpool, UK’s Loud & Clear Festival Confirms First Wave Of Bands

The brand new multi-venue festival Loud & Clear have announce the first wave of acts for their inaugural year, including their headliner and seven other names from the bill. The festival will be held on the 21st November across Liverpool, UK’s vibrant The Baltic Triangle district utilising local independent venues Camp & Furnace, Lost Art, and 24 Kitchen Street. Headlining the event will be New Jersey’s Saves The Day who will be playing their 2001 album Stay What You Are in full as a UK festival exclusive. Also added to the bill on the first wave of announcements are HELD., a new supergroup featuring Josh Eppard (Coheed and Cambria) alongside Sal Mignano and Douglas Robinson (The Sleeping). They will be joined by Canadian punks Chastity, Manchester’s Big Problem, Sweden’s Grommet, London’s incaseyouleave, Sunbrella, Turn of Phrase & Rifle, Sheffield’s Jetski, Norwich’s SUDS, Northampton’s thistle, and local act, East Exchange, with a second wave of acts to be revealed over the coming months. Loud & Clear is presented by veteran local promoters Good Times and HSP Present, the organisers behind Liverpool’s recent hugely successful So Long Good Friday Festival, Liverpool Psych Fest and hundreds of memorable gigs over the years, Loud & Clear is a communal celebration of noise, shining a spotlight on Liverpool’s tight-knit local alternative community and world-renowned love of music. Showcasing the best in established and breaking international artists from the emo, punk, post-hardcore, shoegaze and alt-rock genres, it’s a rare chance for the city to host some of the hottest international names from the global alternative scene. Tickets will be deliberately priced to be accessible to as many people as possible, with the team behind the festival intent on bringing something affordable, inclusive, and community-focused to the thriving Liverpool alternative music scene.
