Loner Release New Benefit Single “High Girl”

NJ’s Loner have released their second charity single, High Girl, this week. Both it and their first, Bride of Godzilla, were re-mastered at Holy Tapes in Jersey City. The most important thing to know is that every last cent earned will go to CarePlusNJ, a not for profit organization that helps people in NJ recover from addiction and mental health issues. It’s all about spreading a little punk rock joy in a world that’s basically gone to crap. Loner will also be announcing shows this summer.

“It’s a song about a girl that’s really about my own struggles with drugs and alcohol, which took music away from me for a really long time. The song is my way of telling people with similar problems that it is not hopeless. There are people who have been where you are and come out the other side. sXe 9 years strong!”
