Manchester Punk Festival Confirms More Bands For 2017

mpf-17-nov-16The Manchester Punk Festival has announced the addition of a whole host of exciting bands to an already stellar line up for MPF2017 in April next year. Returning to the UK for the first time in seven years will be punk rock legends Strike Anywhere, Australian hardcore punks Clowns have been added to the bill and they’ve also got local dub heroes Black Star Dub Collective adding something new to the line up. Nosebleed, Revenge Of The Psychotronic Man and The Deadites have returned after triumphant appearances at MPF2016, The Human Project and The Murderburgers, who both last appeared in 2015, have returned, with the latter band headlining the Thursday night. Visiting from mainland Europe are melodic punkers Despite Everything and Venturas, skacore specialists Thee Infidels, and also all the way from the USA El Escapado are playing for the first time. They are also welcoming two bands who both originate in Watford, in the form of Nervus and Great Cynics, as well as Eastbourne’s Brightr and Scotland’s Billy Liar.

All of these great bands are joining the likes of Paint It Black, The Toasters, Belvedere, Martha, AOS3, Ducking Punches, Faintest Idea, Honey Joy, Petrol Girls, BrainDead, Money Left To Burn, The Domestics, Myelin, Grand Collapse, Maid of Ace, Mighty Midgets, Larrakia, Edward In Venice, Shot!, Vitriolic Response, The Living Daylights, Pizzatramp, Fair Do’s, Despite Everything, Stoj Snak, Tim Loud, Tragical History Tour, Crywank,and A Great Notion, and there are still more band to be added
