Pressure Set Share “Mutant Death Guide” From Upcoming Self Titled Debut Album

Punk supergroup Pressure Set have dropped their short, sharp and fiery new single, Mutant Death Guide, that is the third song on their self-titled debut album that is due out on October 2nd through Dr. Strange Records. The band recorded from studios scattered around the globe, and despite the distance, the chemistry translated into a cohesive debut of short, sharp blasts of high-energy punk rock, drawing on influences from Gang of Four, Wipers, Hot Snakes, and MC5 alongside nods to Descendents, Naked Raygun, Samiam, Meat Wave, and Idles. Pressure Set describes itself as a fluid, collaborative project built on friendship and creative freedom, with plans to keep the revolving-door spirit alive for future releases.

Pressure Set will be appearing at Florida’s The Fest on the 24th August and at the Dr. Strange Winter Bash at Haven City in Rancho Cucamonga, CA on January 15th. You can pre-order Pressure Set‘s self titled debut album on limited-edition agave splatter vinyl exclusively through Dr. Strange Records, with digital pre-orders on the band’s Bandcamp.
