David Delinquent Releases “Scared To Spend” EP
Dundee’s David Delinquent (The Delinquents / David Delinquent & The IOU’s / Football, Beer & Punk Rock Podcast) has self released a brand new EP, Scared…
Taking inspiration from US Mid-western emo sound, Norway’s Probleman today released their first single, Huset du bodd i.
The song is described as being “inspired by walking around the city where you live, remembering the people you loved and lost along the way.” Despite mining influence from many American bands, Probleman is unlike most songs you hear here as guitarist/singer Mathias Østrem writes and sings in his native Helgeland dialect, as it is spoken in the rural villages around the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway. This northern region is not increibly well known for it’s mid-90s influenced music.
Over the spring and summer, the band plans to release a series of songs through How is Annie Records.
