The Creepy Crawlers are a fresh dose of horror punk who have unleashed their terror on the world today, February 10th. These creeps, featuring members from The Jackalopes and The Cricketbows, are led by the one and only Rev. Chad Wells, the mastermind behind both bands. With their debut EP, Attack!, dropping today via We Are Horror Records, The Creepy Crawlers will take you on a journey through real-life horror and the occult, blending horror rock and shock rock to create a truly spine-tingling experience.

The Creepy Crawlers

The Creepy Crawlers‘ debut EP is the result of the band’s passion for the horror punk genre, a fascination with the occult, true crime and an obsession with the music and artwork that fueled the “Satanic panic” of the 1980’s. The EP was born from a desire to explore the darker aspects of life, both real and imagined. The songs on the EP are inspired by true stories of the macabre, classic horror films, and tales of the supernatural. The Creepy Crawlers use their unique blend of horror rock and shock rock to bring these tales to life, capturing the listener’s imagination and taking them on a journey through the dark and creepy.

The Creepy Crawlers decided to take matters into their own hands when it came to recording Attack! Utilizing the back of the tattoo shop where they all work together as a makeshift studio, self-recording the EP to capture the raw energy and horror-inspired madness they would create. The band blends together a wide range of musical inspirations on the EP that include dark, aggressive artists from the 1960’s to today. The end result is a blood pumping, spine chilling EP that truly embodies The Creepy Crawlers‘ unique blend of horror rock and shock rock influences.
