Victory Day Fest To Hit Portland On 27th June

1876, Sad Times Productions, and Friends of Noise have partnered up to present Victory Day Fest 2026 at The Off Beat on June 27th in Portland, Oregon!  Victory Day Fest is a DIY, grass roots charity festival run by and for NDNgenous people. It highlights NDNgenous bands, artists, and makers while raising money for NDNgenous organizations. This year all proceeds from ticket sales and the raffle will be donated to The Boys And Girls Club of the Northern Cheyenne Nation. Victory Day is the celebration of the successful preservation of the Cheyenne way of life and subsequent defeat of Custer and The 7th Cavalry, but it is more about celebrating what we can achieve when we put our differences aside and work together as a community toward a common goal.

“This year we have NDNgenous representation in every band performing, traveling from all over Turtle Island (Northern Cheyenne, Blackfeet, Comanche, Kanaka Maoli, Siksika, Warm Springs, Navajo, Taino, Snowamish, Winnebago, Yakama) but only 1 band (1876) that does NOT have to travel to get to Portland. Being a DIY, grass roots charity festival, we have no money to pay these bands, so we decided to print special Victory Day Fest t-shirts and put them up for sale online at 1876band.com. ALL of the proceeds from these t-shirts will go to pay the bands for their travel expenses.
