Video: Variants – ‘Commonwealth’

New Orleans melodic punk outfit Variants have premiered a new video for Understand. The track will feature on their upcoming EP Commonwealth, due for release on October 23rd. Ahead of the release vocalist Lance Villafarra has said this about the inspiration behind the song:

“I had a girlfriend who I was pretty serious with a few years back, whom I still write about to this day. Between one of our many breaks, I wrote this song because I finally started to see this beautiful gold I thought I had was sort of just cheap copper.”
