Aree and the Pure Heart sign to Bearded Punk Records

Aree and the Pure Heart recently signed to the Belgian label Bearded Punk Records. Multi-instrumentalist Aree Ogir from Atlanta, Georgia released his debut EP ‘Heartsongs‘ last year. It will now be re-released to the European market on CD mid-September.

Musically ‘Heartsongs‘ is an interesting blend of songwriting in true Springsteen / Gaslight Anthem spirit with a hint of Laura Jane Grace. When you hear Aree’s story and listen to his lyrics, it’s hard not to be be impressed.
