Bigwig Posts Jawbreaker Cover, Plans B-sides Album
Just mere days after posting Waiting (6/8) online, New Jersey’s Bigwig have posted yet another new/old song on their MySpace page. Today they posted their cover of Jawbreaker‘s Ashtray Monument. The band described the track saying:
Bigwig recorded this one awhile back for a compilation currently out of print. It was recorded and mixed by Mike Wooding (invitation to tragedy) at his home studio on a snowy day in 2006(?) in PA. It will be re mastered and released on an upcoming B-sides complilation on vinyl and available for digital download later in the year(no set plans).
The record in question was called Bad Scene, Everyone’s Fault: Jawbreaker Tribute and was released in 2003 on Dying Wish Records.
