Bobby Funk Release Debut Album ‘Longing For The Bonging’
Cornish hardcore upstarts Bobby Funk will unleash the band’s debut album “Longing For The Bonging“ via TNSrecords, the release follows on from 2018’s “Avocado Stains” EP and is the bands most ambitious offering yet. From the first dystopian guitar notes on ‘Dunch’ to the euphoric trumpets and drumming on ‘Gammon Club’ this album does not let up for the whole 21 minutes. Fast paced, energetic songs and tongue in cheek lyrics are what we’ve come to expect from Bobby Funk, and this release does not disappoint. All profits from sales of the album on Bandcamp will be donated to Black Lives Matter UK.
