After over a year out, Brent Hood, the self recorded and produced singer song writer from Carlisle England is back with this heavier sounding fast paced and true to his self single ‘The Realties Of Wasted Youth’

Theres no better way to describe what this song means than to hear it in Brent’s own words….

“After reflecting back on my late teens and early 20s, I was reminded that I wasted a lot of great opportunities regarding my music and work – down to sheer fuck ups on the drink and acting irresponsibly when I was younger. This had a knock-on affect for almost the next 10 years of my life until I finally grew up, but for my mental health it was way too late. Now in my mid-30s, reality has hit me like a sledgehammer.”

“The message is ‘DON’T FALL FOR IT’. There is more to life than wasting your best years getting fucked up and being left behind to play catch up in later years. I sit here now, much older and a lot wiser, and wish I was more mature back then.”

If this is the direction Brent wants to lean towards, then we are all in for a treat in the future, music thats raw and from the heart, faster harder and 100% to the point!!
