New Jersey alt-rock/pop-punk band Can’t Swim have premiered a new song. The track is titled “Stranger,” and is a precursor to their expected 2017 album, of which details are currently unknown. The band released their latest EP, Death Deserves a Name, back in February via Pure Noise Records. Vocalist Chris Loporto comments:
“”Stranger” is a good representation of what our new record sounds like. The songs are spread out across the spectrum, some quiet and slow while others are fast and aggressive, and I think “Stranger” captures both of those sides pretty well. The idea for the video is also very similar, showing all kinds of relationships between all different types of people. “Stranger” is certainly a good foreshadowing of the band we want to be and the message we want to portray. I hope it sheds some light on what we have planned for the future and how excited we are to release more music.”
