Captain, We're Sinking On The Switchboard Sessions

In a recent interview with The Switchboard Sessions, Captain, We’re Sinking discussed being an up and coming band, the inspiration behind their songs and their habit of late night practices in laundry mats. The band also recorded three songs through the phone during the interview.

The songs, played acoustically, include “Crushed By Milwaukee’s Best” (off the It’s A Trap 7″), a cover of the Mountain Goat‘s “Broom People,” and the unreleased “Foster Brothers,” which is set for release on the band’s forthcoming split with New York’s Timeshares.
