Castevet Name Change/Holiday Tour

Chicago’s Castevet have announced that they will be changing their name to CSTVT. The name change will be reflected on both the band’s upcoming full-length as well as their upcoming 7″ label debut both due out in 2011 on Run For Cover Records.  The band’s previous releases will reflect the old name until all existing copies have been sold.

CSTVT embarked on a short holiday tour of the midwest and east coast with Stay Ahead Of The Weather on December 26th. Beginning in Michigan, the tour will feature a New Years Eve show in Philadelphia and end January 2 in their hometown. Also joining CSTVT on tour are My Heart To Joy, Balance and Composure, Everyone Everywhere, Snowing, Agent, Koji, The Felix Culpa, The World Is A Beautiful Place and Street Smart Cyclist at the band’s reunion show.
