Cross Control Share “Half Right” Video & Announce Debut Album “Try & Survive”

Sometimes things just fall into place. In the case of LA’s Cross Control they met for the first time in January 2019 and were in the studio making their debut EP for New Age Records by May. For Martin Alcedo (No Bragging Rights), Carlos Torres (Explosions In The Sky), Mike Avila and Vince Averill (Capsule Records) things just clicked. Six songs of energetic hardcore that deal with life’s struggles in a fresh way. The sound is familiar but not a redo, as demonstrated on their brand new video, Half Right, that is taken from the upcoming debut album, Try & Survive.

The following two years passed as the lockdown did what it did. Cross Control stayed busy writing and tightened the claps on getting their debut full length together. Try And Survive is a further dive into their particularly unique brand of fast paced & in your face style of hardcore that will hit stores this spring and is now available for pre-order via New Age Records.
