David Delinquent To Release “The Lads Are Away” Solo Single

Dundee’s David Delinquent (Delinquents / Spacers / David Delinquent & The I.O.U’s) is set to release a new two track solo single, The Lads Are Away / Lost In Dusseldorf, through digital platforms and on vinyl on the 6th June. The Lads Are Away is a ready-made summer anthem delivered with a wry smile, sharp wit and a poppy hook designed for anyone craving some cold beers, old friends, and a proper day out with some chaos thrown in. The Lads Are Away / Lost In Dusseldorf is now available for pre-order on opaque vinyl via Bandcamp.

David Delinquent will be playing a brace of release shows for the single on the 12th and 13th June in Dundee and Dunfermline with support from Hurt Reynolds (The Bucky Bombs) and Caitlin Day, he will also be appearing at this year’s Rebellion Festival on the 6th August on the Almost Acoustic Stage, and at the festival’s 30th anniversary run up shows with The I.O.U’s on the 5th August at Blackpool’s Viva.
