Death Cassette Unveil “Cheaper To Die” Video

Fresh off the heels of their single release, Death Cassette have dropped an accompanying music video for the title track from their upcoming album, Cheaper To Die, that will be released in late 2026 via High End Denim Records. The video was recorded at Thomas Hinds Sampling Room in Winnipeg by the crew at Sean Perron Videography, Death Cassette will also be performing at Purple City Music Festival in Edmonton on September 13th.

“It’s nice to have something visual out there to compliment the hard work we spent recording this LP.  We’ve never had a full music video before. I hope we were able to convey the haves and have nots in a meaningful way. The song is about being forgotten or slipping through the cracks, and how sometimes it’s ‘Cheaper to Die’ than to find support. I hope people enjoy it.” (guitarist Lindsey Hawkes)
