EpitaphLos Angeles label Epitaph Records signs The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die to their roster. Hailing from Willimantic, Conn., TWIABP is a post-emo band founded in 2009.

Details regarding The World is a Beautiful Place’s second full-length album coming from Epitaph are to be announced. In the meantime the band will release two 7-inch records this summer. A split with Rozwell Kid via Broken World Media will debut on June 23 and an EP titled Death To New Years via Topshelf Records on July 28.

Derrick Shanholtzer-Dvorak, TWIABP vocalist and guitarist, commented regarding the new label:

“Epitaph’s Punk-O-Rama Vol. 3 inspired 13-year-old me to begin a life of poor decision making. We are a band that likes to follow through on all of our terrible ideas so it’s great to be on a label that enthusiastically supports us in this.”

TWIABP also announced some eastern U.S. tour dates for June. Supporting the band during this string of dates are Spraynard and Makeshift Shelters. Check out the dates below.
