Fishbone Return With New Album “Stockholm Syndrome”
LA’s Fishbone have released Stockholm Syndrome, the ninth studio album from legendary genre bending band and their first full length in two decades. Stockholm Syndrome is a blistering return that features equal measures of funk, punk, ska, soul and righteous fury, and with the world seemingly on fire Fishbone sound more necessary than ever. Stockholm Syndrome tackles racism, economic disparity, state violence, media manipulation and spiritual survival with fearless lyrics and feral energy. Fishbone continues their live takeover this summer on the Summer Circus Tour with Less Than Jake, Suicide Machines, Bite Me Bambi and Catbite, along with select stops of the Vans Warped Tour. Fishbone is fronted by the irrepressible Angelo Moore and longtime creative force Christopher Dowd, alongside a revitalized lineup including bassist James Jones, drummer Hassan Hurd, trumpeter & vocalist John “JS” Williams II and returning guitarist Tracey “Spacey T” Singleton.
