France’s Raincheck Release Debut Album “Highbro Lowbro”

Introducing Raincheck, a melodic punk rock band from Lyon, France, with a hardcore edge. The band have been active on the French punk scene for some years, supporting the active local punk community and up and coming bands while tearing up stages across France, Switzerland, Belgium and beyond with their fast, gritty, melodic hardcore. Their sound blends intensity, nostalgia and melody in equal measure, with influences drawn from bands like Kid Dynamite, Smoke or Fire and Lifetime. Raincheck have now released their debut album, Highbro Lowbro, and will be on tour in the EU in the coming months, kicking off this weekend with a hometown album release show on the 19th October.

Highbro Lowbro follows on from their hugely popular Last Call EP that was released in 2020. Raincheck took their time with this album, honing their craft to produce a record that delivers both gut punching power and carefully refined melodies, that is all wrapped up in killer production.
