High-energy duo Girl Tones have today announced that their debut album, Precious, is set for release on November 6th, the album was produced by Brad Shultz (Cage The Elephant) and will be released on his label, Parallel Vision, in partnership with Big Loud Rock. Proving once again that they aren’t messing around, today’s news is paired with their muscular new single, Pretty Face, where palm-muted guitars trail confident vocals across a snotty punkified verse as the song chronicles seeing through the shallowness when people’s masks begin to slip. Today also sees the release of an official video for Pretty Face that was directed by Emily Buchwald and filmed in a wig store, the result is a perfect step into the world of Girl Tones. The duo have also confirmed that they will set out on their first ever US headline tour this November in support of Precious.
