Guerilla Poubelle Reveal ‘Apocalypse 6:12’ Video From ‘L’Ennui’

Guerilla Poubelle have revealed the video for ‘Apocalypse 6:12‘, a track taken from their new album ‘L’Ennui‘. Frontman Till Lemoine had this to say “The title is a reference to the last book of the New Testament. This is when the Sixth Seal is opened, it’s the last one before the end of the world. While the ecological emergency is more dramatic than ever, the ruling capitalist class is telling us what we can call “stories” or “fictions” about progress, consumerism, unlimited growth… individual actions won’t be enough to reverse the trend. We need a new collective narrative, we need a change of paradigm. Our labels urged us to do a video. you know, because we live in this kind of spectacular world now. so we just took some footage from Guy Debord situationist manifest “society of spectacle” movie from 1973.
