Gypsy Pistoleros Unveil “Dark Faerie Tales” Album

Gypsy Pistoleros have today unveiled their new album, Dark Faerie Tales, that has been released throughout their own imprint, The New Church Records. The album launches the next chapter for the cult renegades, whose last album, Church of the Pistoleros, was hailed as one of 2025’s most fearless rock releases, and also made The Punk Site‘s top 10 of our favourite releases from last year. With Dark Faerie Tales, the band push their genre-defying vision into darker, grander territory, a glam-goth-punk fever dream forged in their own twisted mythology. Produced and co-written once again by sonic architect Dave Draper, Dark Faerie Tales blends sleaze-soaked punk energy with gothic grandeur, flamenco fire, and apocalyptic glam swagger.

Born from the fires of their own mythology, Dark Faerie Tales drifts through haunted woods and neon dreams, where sleaze-drenched punk anthems meet gothic grandeur, and glam swagger burns with outlaw soul. The album delivers a decadent and dangerous collection of tales for the beautiful, the broken, and the strange of heart. Dark Faerie Tales is now available on coloured vinyl and digipak CD here, and via streaming platforms here.

The release of the album will be accompanied by Dark Faerie Tales UK 2026 Tour, the band will also be appearing at Wales’ Beltane Gathering Festival, No Sleep Til Blackpool Festival, Droitwich’s Breaking Bands Festival, Stourport’s Stourjam Festival, and Blackpool’s Rebellion Festival.
