HET UP! To Release Split EP With Almighty Trigger Happy

HET UP! is what happens when you’re stuck inside during a global pandemic and need a break from your family. What began as a way to stay sane and justify drinking a few beers on weeknights, quickly turned into something more real. In the middle of lockdowns, cabin fever, and the world basically being on fire, the band wrote their first song, The Only Way, which eventually became the debut single from their self‑titled EP that was released in March 2023.

Musically, HET UP! are is rooted in punk but refuses to define themselves by a single genre. With catchy melodies, bright riffs and heavy breakdowns, there’s a familiar yet original taste to their sound. Despite their humble beer‑fueled beginnings, HET UP! has shared stages with legends like Lagwagon, Strung Out, and NOFX during their farewell Punk in Drublic tour. Riding that wave, they’ve kept the releases coming with their fourth EP being released in December 2025, because apparently they don’t believe in full‑length albums.

Next up, HET UP! are teaming with Almighty Trigger Happy for a 7″ split on Cursed Blessings Records. With a run of shows coming up across cities and small towns, HET UP! is ready to bring chaos to a stage near you.
