Hyper Minds Unveil “Chemical Imbalance” Video

East LA garage-punk band Hyper Minds have released the new music video for Chemical Imbalance, a track taken from their debut album, The Dog You Feed, that is out now via DC-Jam Records. Produced and directed by Brett Koehn, the video brings the band into a post-apocalyptic game show, using gore, dark humor and a bizarre visual premise to accompany a song about the turmoil within. Chemical Imbalance explores the exhausting shifts between emotional extremes, and the struggle to navigate a mind that won’t settle.

“The song ‘Chemical Imbalance’ describes a constant up and down battle within myself that I think a lot of people deal with as well. Depression, anxiety, your mind and emotions in constant fight or flight mode. I think there are upsides and downsides to struggling in these ways. A double-edged sword, if you will.”
