Italy’s According To Jack Release “Plugged” EP

Padova, Italy’s According To Jack was originally an acoustic solo project by Giacomo Rampazzo, which has gradually evolved into a full band with a sound influenced by Californian punk rock, but also incorporating elements of rock ‘n’ roll, blues, and folk. In 2024, the band released their debut EP, Reason To Exist, this was followed by a Summer tour that saw According To Jack opening for bands such as Descendents and Neck Deep. In 2025 the band released The Ballad of the Monkey Man single which marked the transition from acoustic project to full band. Now According To Jack have released their sophomore EP, Plugged.

Plugged is the second EP by According To Jack, and the first featuring the full-band lineup. It includes three tracks from their debut acoustic EP, Reason To Exist, re-recorded live in studio by Angelica Gheller, this time in a full punk rock electric setup. It also features a cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival‘s Bad Moon Rising. Plugged completes the band’s transition from acoustic to electric and provides a bridge between According To Jack‘s past, present, and future
