Kim Theory Announce Debut EP “Bitch Scene”

Los Angeles high school band Kim Theory have announced that their debut recording, the Bitch Scene EP, will be released digitally on Friday November 14th and can be pre-ordered via Bandcamp. Recorded by Paul Roessler (Screamers / DC3 / 45 Grave / Twisted Roots) at his Kitten Robot Studios in Los Angeles, Kim Theory are a mix of Indie Rock music with Riot Grrrrl and Pop Punk influences whose name is a reference to their musical heroes Kim Gordon (Sonic Youth), the late Kim Shattuck (The Muffs) and Kim Deal (Pixies).

To celebrate the release of their debut recording, Kim Theory are throwing an all ages record release party on November 15th at Pasedena, CA’s Backyard Party that is part of Altadena Musicians, a registry app where musicians can list the gear they lost in the LA fires and donors can help to replace them through gifting or purchasing directly.
