Manic Kat Records Announce NYC “Nightmare Before Punxmas” Festival

Manic Kat Records has dropped the initial line-up for their annual holiday extravaganza, the festive punk rock party that is the Nightmare Before Punxmas that will take place at Olive’s Bar in Nyack, NY on December 19th & 20th. Confirmed for the show are I Am The Pilot, All At Once, Cult Classic, A New Violet, July Crowd, When Thieves are About & many more, with BIG names still to be announced. The Nightmare Before Punxmas is taking place in partnership with Toys for Tots Rockland County, if attendees bring a new unwrapped toy they will receive a free raffle ticket with prizes and giveaways across the weekend.

It’s been a busy year at Manic Kat Records HQ, with some of the biggest releases in the indy label’s eleven year history. From Amber Pacific‘s stellar comeback album, to a string of singles celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Ryan Cabrera‘s iconic On The Way Down, 2025 has balanced new music from genre legends, as well as some of the brightest emerging names in alternative music. A New Violet, All At Once and Like Ghosts all continue to stake their claim as some of the most promising young talent in the genre and have re-enforced those ambitions with dazzling set of respective singles.
