Oakland, CA queer punk juggernauts Middle-Aged Queers have released the third single off their upcoming album, Shout at The Hetero, which is scheduled for release in late summer / early fall and is available for pre-order via Say-10 Records and Bandcamp. Middle-Aged Queers will also be on tour throughout the remainder off 2022, including a run of Summer tour dates with The Homobiles.

“Most of the songs on this album were written in the initial lockdown period of Covid-19 and take a much darker approach than our first album; ‘Knot Circus’ is no exception. The song explores the phenomenon of catching people in their worst behavior while questioning if we, the public, are becoming a surveillance state. An interesting change of pace for a band that historically written primarily gay content.

We are stoked to be joining Say-10, home to the legendary Green Jellÿ and fellow queercore bands Dog Park Dissidents and Sarchasm.  Not only have we joined a terrific label, but we’ve also joined a cult!”
