Moving Forward and Looking Back

As you can probably see, we are very proud to launch a whole new design for ThePunkSite.com!

It’s more a long time in development and there’s still some kinks to work out (the rest of the media gallery will be transferred back over in the next few weeks) but I personally believe it’s a much slicker, smoother and nicer design. Easier to navigate and to search – we believe that the design is a massive step forward in functionality and we hope you like it. If you notice anything going wrong – please email me at bobby@thepunksite.com with the information so we can fix it.

I’d also like to take this time to thank the incredibly talented Lane Olson who was nice enough to design what it is that you’re looking at. Without his hard work, we wouldn’t have anything remotely as good as what we have.

However, as we take a step forward – I also want to take a step back and remind you all of a little compilation we put out a few years back called It’s Like Bringing A Fork To A Gunfight. As I’m starting to plan a sequel to the compilation, I wanted to make sure any of our new readers go and download it. 35 Songs from some of the best punk bands around – and it’s all free.
