After a successful reunion tour in 2018, Moving Targets mastermind Ken Chambers (vocals/guitar) continued with drummer Emilien Catalano (The Nils) and bass player Yves Thibault to play another European tour in 2019, released a new album, Wires, via Boss Tuneage Records and surprised fans with some brand-new tunes. The tour in 2020 had to be cancelled for well-known pandemic reasons but in that time the band created and released another new album, Humbucker. Ken Chambers’ unique guitar sounds and the wonderful hooklines on the album proved again why Moving Targets influenced so many bands.

Founded in the early 80’s Boston hardcore punk scene, fans of Hüsker Dü, The Lemonheads, Mission of Burma, Bullet Lavolta or Buffalo Tom found a lot to love in Moving Targets’ music. The band have just completed the recording of their upcoming new album at J Robbin’s Magpie Cage studio and have announced they are heading to the UK with Sunderland’s Diaz Brothers in support. The tour kicks off on the 8th June in Dundee before heading to Nottingham, Bradford and Bristol, the tour culminates with a show at London’s The Lexington on the 12th June.
