NOFX Release “40 Years Of Fuckin’ Up” Soundtrack & Score

Punk rock legends NOFX have released the soundtrack and score from the band’s acclaimed documentary film, 40 Years of Fuckin’ Up, that can be streamed here and purchased on CD and vinyl via Fat Wreck Chords. The expansive double album accompanies the documentary currently screening in theatres and celebrates four decades of NOFX’s groundbreaking career, influence, and enduring legacy in punk rock. The release features two distinct musical experiences: an 11 song original score and a 15 song soundtrack. The original score was newly composed by Fat Mike and performed alongside a full orchestra, marking a bold evolution of his writing and composition. The soundtrack portion includes two brand new NOFX songs, 40 Years of Fuckin’ Up and We Did It Our Way, the latter written as the final NOFX song ever intended to be performed live. In addition to the new material, the collection includes six rare and unreleased recordings, including demos of Secret Society and On The Road, a cover of La Bamba, and live versions of Linoleum and NOFX. The 40 Years of Fuckin’ Up soundtrack also includes a 24-page retrospective photo book documenting the band’s 40-year history through rare and previously unseen images, the release also features original cover art by Tokyo Hiro.
