Emerging Post Hardcore band Outerloop have just released the live video for Rat that was shot on the roof of the MLK Library roof as part of the DC Public Library Punk Archive. The video comes in advance of their album on DCxPC Records that captures the energy and raw emotion of the band’s 2023 performance at Distrito Music Fest, a Hispanic music festival held annually in the US capital city. The record will be released on September 27th and performances to celebrate the release will happen on September 27th and September 28th in Washington DC’s Pie Shop and Richmond, VA’s Music Hall respectively.
