Redd Kross Stream Sparks Cover ‘When Do I Get To Sing My Way’

California indie rock icons Redd Kross are streaming their cover of the Sparks classic When Do I Get To Sing My Way, which is taken from their upcoming full length Beyond the Door, released on August 23rd via Merge Records. The cover gets the seal of approval from Ron Mael who had this to say about the band’s version:

“Redd Kross has always been one of my favorite bands and that opinion was cemented when I heard their amazing version of our ‘When Do I Get To Sing ‘My Way.’ To do a version of that song with a completely different musical approach from the original while keeping every ounce of the original sentiment was an amazing feat. I love it!”
