Sad Baxter Reveal ‘Sick Outt’ From Forthcoming ‘So Happy’ EP

Nashville, TN’s pop sludge duo Sad Baxter have released Sick Outt, another kinetic track and video from their upcoming EP, So Happy, that is due out on July 20th via Cold Lunch Recordings. With So Happy the band venture into somewhat darker territory without sacrificing hooks or personality. Written during a time of life upheaval, they purposely imbued the songs with a more confrontational edge, the EP’s somewhat sarcastic title may be tongue-in-cheek, but it’s telling of the band’s approach as these tracks are undeniably infectious, but also pack a weighty emotional punch.
