Sell The Heart Records have today released A 7 Step Guide To Happiness, a brand new seven band compilation that features exclusive tracks from Her Head’s On Fire, Time Spent Driving, Neckscars, Hotlung, Shotclock, Bear Away and Hauntu. Each of the tracks featured on A 7 Step Guide To Happiness is available as a stand alone single on digital streaming platforms, they have now been collected on a limited edition single sided 12″ Vinyl EP that features a custom etching on the B-side of the vinyl.

Most of the songs featured on A 7 Step Guide To Happiness have never been released in any format before with the exception being Shotclock‘s Fucked, a previous mix of this track appeared on the Pee Approved Vol. 6 compilation that was released in Australia on Pee Records and is available as a name your price download via Bandcamp.
