Stream: Vundabar – ‘Darla’
Boston post punk trio Vundabar have posted a stream of another track from their upcoming, sophomore record Gawk. The song is Darla, and the band’s vocalist/guitarist Brandon Hagen has said this about the track’s story and protagonist:
“Darla” touches on the contradiction of self-identification. A group of loners are no longer loners in their banding together, and choosing certain ideals to unify their group they lose their individuality.”
Gawk is due for release on July 24th via the band’s own Gawk Records, and you can check out the stream of Darla below.
