Sweeping Exits Release ‘Miami Beach’ Single From Upcoming LP
Portland queer horror glam punk outfit Sweeping Exits have announced their debut full length, Glitter And Blood, will be released on June 9th via Matriarch Queen Records. Glitter And Blood is the Rocky Horror Show-esque story of a vampire rockstar who becomes Queen of the Vampires, leading to the destruction of the human race. Glitter And Blood pulls from a wide array of influences, from the classic Glam of Roxy Music, David Bowie and Lou Reed, to the first wave punk of The Damned and The Adverts. Sweeping Exits have now released the first single, Miami Beach, from the album.
