David Delinquent Releases “Scared To Spend” EP
Dundee’s David Delinquent (The Delinquents / David Delinquent & The IOU’s / Football, Beer & Punk Rock Podcast) has self released a brand new EP, Scared…
Charlottetown, PEI’s TeethOut are set to drop their sophomore EP, Brittle But Elite, on the 25th April via High End Denim Records, ahead of the EP’s release the band have released the latest single, Walking Down, that blends Skate Punk energy with reflective lyricism. Propelled by driving rhythms and layered melodies, it explores the search for meaning amid chaos, with an undercurrent of hope that cuts through the noise. Brittle But Elite balances chaos with clarity and digs deeper into themes of regret, survival, and hope in a collapsing world. From the explosive melancholy of Walking Down to the stripped-down vulnerability of Cancel Me, the EP also features a guest spot from Madison Regan (Last Good Thing) on the lead track Lifeline II.
“It’s actually an older song Ozone wrote years ago, but we put new life into it with this lineup. It’s always had that feeling of restlessness and movement— wandering through the night unsure of where you’re going, but knowing you’ve got to keep going. We leaned into that energy and tried to shape it into something that felt both personal and urgent. It finally feels like the version of the song that was always meant to be.”
TeethOut are playing Charlottetown’s Sportsman’s Club tonight, the 12th July, alongside, The Follow Ups, Radio Roulette and Dazey, the band will also be appearing at Windsor, NS’s Gutterfest in July.
