Birmingham, UK’s Templeton Pek have announced their signing to Austrian based imprint SBAM Records, as part of the deal the band will also be releasing material through Double Helix Records in the US. As a celebration the band have released a brand new song, Paradigm, that is available via streaming platforms. The single is taken from their upcoming new album which was produced by George Perks at Vada Studios and mastered at London’s Metropolis Studios. The band will also return to Germany for a string of live dates in June 2025 that will see Templeton Pek hit Hamburg, Koln and Krefeld.
“Partnering up with Stefan and his team at SBAM was just logical for us, we’ve known them for a long time and worked on past projects together including their festival. Having watched how they have built their label over the years they were our first choice to release new material, they align with our values and how we run things and are just good people which is quite rare in the music industry. We’re excited where this partnership takes us. We wanted to drop a song that pretty much speaks for itself and gives a taster of what’s to come from us in the near future. The song is about the art of playing on being underestimated, something we have definitely been over the years is an underdog and like this song we very much use it to our advantage where possible almost like a fuel to propel us forward.”
