Next October and December, The Chameleons will be heading back out on the road for seven shows across the UK, including the 12th anniversary of their Home Is Where The Heart Is annual homecoming shows. The Middleton Post Punk band’s third major tour in as many years follows a triumphant series of UK performances that have seen them travel the country to packed houses. After kicking things off at SWG3 in Glasgow on 20th October, the cult band will take to the stage in Leeds, Bristol, London and Southampton throughout the month. Outside of previously announced gigs, the dates will mark The Chameleons‘ only headline shows in the UK next year. They’ll be joined on the road by very special guest, Lol Tolhurst who will be playing The Songs of The Cure, which sees the founding band member performing early and seminal songs from The Cure‘s catalogue in a sensational live show. These performances are a way for the founding member to revisit his extensive history with the band, which shaped the sound of their Post-Punk and Goth-era music before his departure.

Later in the year, The Chameleons take their legendary pre-Christmas homecoming show to a new home on the 4th and 5th of December. After bringing the Home Is Where The Heart Is show to Manchester’s Albert Hall for the last two years, The Chameleons are now set to headline two nights at the beautifully restored 1300 capacity venue and food hall, New Century Hall, for their 2026 outing. The very special homecoming dates will mark the 12th anniversary in this series of shows, and will see The Chameleons accompanied by some very special guests. On the first night, Friday 5th December, the band will be joined by fellow Mancunians Kahula on support, as well as Mansfield’s new wave heroes B-Movie. On the following night, the ethereal Evi Vine takes on the opening slot, alongside Kitchens of Distinction‘s frontman Patrick Fitzgerald and the Manchester Camerata who will bring strings to the show. Andy Woods will be hosting an after party downstairs at New Century Hall from 11pm-1am on both Friday and Saturday, with free entry for ticketholders.
