Canadian skatepunk outfit The Corps recently announced the amicable departure of bassist Ronnie Ellis and guitarist Andrew Pederson on the band’s social media. In their place, The Corps have enlisted Vancouver punk rock veterans Morgan Farrell (ATD / Blacked Out / Bishops Green) on guitar and Dave Derksen (ATD / Little Fix / Whiskey River Gun Club) on bass. Ronnie and Andrew’s final show with the band will be February 21st at the Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver with California ska-punk legends Mad Caddies. Both Morgan and Dave will make their debut with the band in March of this year and The Corps will be releasing their new full-length album via Thousand Islands Records this Spring.

“We’re really happy for Dave and Morgan to be joining The Corps. Ronnie and Andrew left some pretty big shoes to fill, but since Morgan and Dave are actual giants I’m confident we will hit the stage stronger than ever. Literally.” (guitarist & lead vocalist Danny Garrison)
