Hossegor, France’s The Dead Krazukies have announced that they will release their new single Captain Crust on May 12th, on the track the band show new nuances in their music with a heavy hitting mid-tempo song. A singalong choir, mid-tempo almost hard rock beats are not the typical song ingredients for the melodic-skate punk band. Nevertheless, Captain Crust is as heavy as can be and such a powerful melodic track that will leave every listener impressed by the broad spectrum of the band’s sound. In addition the scratchy yet extremely powerful voice of singer Maider makes The Dead Krazukies kind of the power metal of punk rock.
Fueled by troubled times, the frustration of not touring and the musical path already initiated by their 2020 full length Icarus, The Dead Krazukies are back with a brand new album of raging tunes, From The Underworld, which is set to be released on June 16th through SBÄM Records and Kicking Records. The ten songs, that were mixed by Christian Carvin and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, oscillate between So-Cal Punk Rock and Old School Metal with no fear to explore new territories. At the same time surprising and bold, From The Underworld won’t leave you indifferent. The Dead Krazukies intends to defend this album on stage and take everything in its wake.
