The False Positives Return With New Line Up & New Single “Long Distance Romance”

Boston’s The False Positives have released their new single, Long Distance Romance, that is now available via Bandcamp with a release via streaming platforms to follow. The track is a high-energy, catchy power pop tune that is about a common situation, trying to keep a relationship going while living far apart, though distance isn’t always measured in miles.

The song draws inspiration from deep roots in garage rock, punk, power pop, and straight-ahead rock ‘n’ roll, it is also the band’s first recording with their new line-up which features Pete Cassani (The Peasants) and Carl Biancucci (Classic Ruins) who join founder member Dave Harrison (The Voodoo Dolls).
